Mike Simpson
Mike started Variant Media having come from working closely with startups and agencies in San Diego, CA. With over 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Design, he has helped businesses across multiple mediums — from building new websites and improving SEO to running advertising at scale.
Before founding Variant Media, Mike served as Operations Director at The Venue Report — a venture-backed digital travel platform where he led product, analytics, content, and marketing teams and drove 20% average month-over-month growth across core KPIs.
He has built a lead gen system for medical research groups at Michigan, Cedars Sinai, and Northwestern. A growth engine for salon franchises. An SEO program that took a private golf community from zero to 10,000 monthly visits. He now serves as part-time CPO at Marble.
